а как будет выглядеть предложение под номером 3? что то до меня не доходит, объясните пожалуйста

под номером 5 тоже не понятно

У Вас уже всё получается. Несколько моментов:

11. He added that year she was learning to drive and still going to swimming practice
12. Ms Stanley was not surpriseded that British teenagers were interesteded in clothes so much.
Если глагол стоит в инфинитиве, не нужно менять его время.
Что касается предожений 3 и 5:
3. Mrs Peterson suggested that teenagers should spend their pocket money on books rather than on games. ( после некоторых модальные глаголов, и should в том числе, время не меняется)
5. Mr Braxton said that it was normal that three out of four boys aged 16-17 were involved in sports in outside school.
В последнем предложении действительно верно, потому что Past Continuous обычно не меняется, только уберите on перед previous week.

В этом предложении есть ошибка: «What would you be now if you had been able to read?»
По типу предложений это условное предложение смешанного типа: What would you be now — условное II типа, относящееся к настоящему, you had been able to read — условное III типа, относящееся к прошлому.
Перевести можно так: «Кем бы ты была бы сейчас, если бы тогда уже умела читать?»

а как его переделать в косвенную речь?
Добрый день, Алина! Есть такое правило, что условные предложения второго и третьего типа не меняются в косвенной речи. При этом мы, конечно, должны переделать вопрос в утверждение и now поменять на then. Получим:
He asked him what he would be then if he had been able to read.
1. Прямая речь: -What is your full name ?
Косвенная речь: The teacher wanted to known what his was full name
2.Прямая речь: -When and where were you born?
Косвенная речь:The teacher was interested when and where were you born
3.Прямая речь:-Did you have a nice trip from Spain?
Косвенная речь:She asked Leon that he did had a nice from Spain
4.Прямая речь:-Have you ever been to Great Britain before?
Косвенная речь:She asked Leon if he had been ever to Great Britain before
5.Прямая речь:-Do you like the country?
Косвенная речь:The teacher wanted to known that he liked the country
6.Прямая речь:-What subjects would you like to study?
Косвенная речь:The teacher was interested what subjects I would like to study
7.Прямая речь:-What are your marks in English and History?
Косвенная речь:She asked Leon what he was marks in English and History
8.Прямая речь:-How long have you been studying English?
Косвенная речь:The teacher was interested how long he had been studying English
9.Прямая речь:-Have you already taken the test?
Косвенная речь:The teacher was interested whether he had taken already the test
10.Прямая речь:-Do you have any health problems ?
Косвенная речь:She asked Leon that he had any health problems
Здравствуйте, Снежана! Обратите, пожалуйста, внимание, что общие вопросы, как вопросы 3,5,10 в косвенной речи вводятся словами if, whether, а не that. В некоторых предложениях Вы сделали это верно. Также обратите внимание, что в косвенной речи сохраняется прямой порядок слов: She asked Leon if he had (had) a nice trip from Spain. Past Simple в косвенной речи либо может измениться на Past Perfect, либо не поменяться.
проверьте пожалуйста. у меня такое чувство что там куча ошибок
значит не верны предложения под номерами 3, 5, 10? а остальные предложения правильны?

Вы не совсем понятно написали предложения, но попробуем:
1. He asked Paul when he would be back.
2. My friend asked me if I sent (have sent) any letters to my English friends the previous month
3. He asked mr. Poirot whether he wanted to see her portrait
4. The boy asked Alise if she would go skating with him next Sunday.
5. A mother asked Jane if she would have many exams the following term.
6. Linda asked her mother whether she had ever lost money
7. He asks Nick where he packed his car
8. The child asked what the crocodile had for dinner
9. She asked Ann if she would go to the south the following summer.
10. Bobby asks Ben if he has ever played chess with his brother.
В тех предложениях, где у Вас в главном предложении использовалось настоящее время, я так и оставила и, соответственно, там согласования времен не происходило.

Добрый вечер!Прочитала темы»Косвенная речь»и «Согласование времен» в разных пособиях,пытаюсь понять,когда не менять в придаточном время,если в главном одно из прошедших времен.В одном месте говорят исключением являются придаточные определительные,например:»Yesterday I read the book which you are reading now.+kоторые вводятся союзами than,as…that,as…as,less than,например:Last year I worked less than I work now,в других местах встретила исключения с when и т д.Запуталась окончательно с придаточными в косвенной речи(когда не менять ничего,помимо фактов)и Past Continuous(когда он не переходит в Past Perfect Continuous,а остается самим собой).Факты-тож интересная вещь,вызывающая сомнения))Помогите разобраться,пожалуйста!

3.You can keep a book if you like,he said-He said that she could keep a book if I like/liked(if же вроде)?
4.Are you sorry for what you did-определительное придаточное и здесь ,кажется?
5.Он сказал,что мы видели,когда папа пришел,что они тацуют-Не said that we had seen when our father came …

Обращайте внимание на порядок слов в предложении. В английском языке он довольно строг.
