My flat
I live in a 9-stored block of flats in Novosibirsk. It is not a very picturesque place,but we have a yard and a river under the window.
My flat is on the seven floor. It is very comfortable and well planed. I have all modern conveniences, such a central heating, electricity, cold and hot running water, and telephone.
There are three rooms,a kitchen,a bathroom and a balcony in it.The biggest room in the apartment — living room. It is combines several functions. Because this is still my room.
My family uses it for watching TV and sharing family celebrations.
If we go to my room, we first see a big sofa and a rug on the floor. The right of the sofa is a chest of drawers on the dresser is a printer and an aquarium with my snail.Next there is a table and chair — it’s my working place. On the table is my computer.Opposite the sofa is a bedside table with a TV. Walking past, you can be attacked — it hides my cat. However fear not, he does not bite.
We have two small rooms in our flat. One of them is my mother room, and second is my grandmothers room. I really love my flat and my room, although there is particular mess.
Здравствуйте, Ольга. Я бы немного изменила фразу про двор и реку под окном. Например, If you look out (of) the window you will see a yard and a river. Седьмой этаж — порядковое числительное — the seventh floor. В предложении «It combines…» лишний вспомогательный глагол to be в форме is, у вас уже есть основной глагол — to combine. Уберите фразу «if we go to my room» в начале предложения, она не нужна. Можно начать — You can see…С правой стороны — on the right, это обстоятельство лучше ставить в конец предложения. В предложении, повествующем о предметах в вашей комнате, нет подлежащего. Начните его с фразы — There is (are). то же касается не только комода, но и принтера с аквариумом:) Если у вас подлежащее во множественном числе или состоит из двух существительных, объединенных союзом and, сказуемое, в данном случае глагол, должен согласовываться с подлежащим и также стоять во множественном числе. My computer is on the table. A bedside table is… и т.д. Подлежащее на первом месте, потом сказуемое, дополнение, обстоятельство. Также измените предложение о коте. Не пугайтесь — Don’t be afraid (of it). Собака — животное — соответствует местоимению it английском языке, а не he. Комната моей матери — my mother’s room, забыли притяжательный падеж. У бабушки исправьте тоже. Предложение последнее о чем? Дайте дословный перевод того, что вы хотели сказать?

We live in a three-room flat.
The room I like best in our flat is mine. I use my room as a study and a bedroom. It is very nice and cosy.
There isn’t much furniture in it, only the most necessary pieces. The built-in furniture doesn’t take much space in the room.
On the left there is my bed and a desk. The desk has a lot of drawers where I keep my text-books, notes, pens, pencils and other necessary things. On the right there is a sofa and a built-in wardrobe. In the right corner there is a comfortable arm-chair. Beside it stands a lamp with blue shade.
I like to turn on the lamp, sit in the arm-chair and read an interesting book.
There are some shelves with books in my room. You can see Russian and English books there.
There are some posters with my favourite singers on the wall.
I like my room very much. When my friends come to visit me, I invite them into my room.
My room is a nice place for both rest and work.

На первом месте подлежащее, потом сказуемое, потом второстепенные члены предложения. В последнем предложении поменяйте местами слова both и for. В целом мне очень понравилось ваше описание комнаты.

We have a nice flat in a new block of flats. Our flat is on the fifth floor of a nine-storied building. It has all modem conveniences: central heating, running hot and cold water, electricity, gas, a lift and a chute to carry rubbish down.
We have a three-room flat which consists of a living-room, a bedroom, a study (which is also my room), a kitchen, a bath-room and a toilet. There are also two closets in our flat. Our flat has two balconies.
The living-room is the largest and most comfortable one in the flat. In the middle of the room we have a square dinner-table with six chairs round it. To the left of the dinner-table there is a wall-unit which has several sections: a sideboard, a wardrobe and some shelves. At the opposite wall there is a piano and a piano stool before it. To the right there is a little table with colour TV set on it. Opposite the TV set there are two cozy armchairs. A divan-bed and a standard lamp are in the left-hand corner. In front of the armchairs there is a small round table for newspapers and magazines. There is a thick carpet on the floor. Two water-colours hung on the wall above the divan-bed. In the evening we usually draw the curtains across the windows, and a red lampshade gives a warm colour to the room.
The bedroom is smaller than the living-room and not so light as there is only one window in it. In this room there are two beds, two dressing-tables and a wardrobe. In the corner of the bedroom there is a small colors TV set. On the dressing table there is an alarm-clock and small lamp with green lamp-shade.
Our study is the smallest room in the flat, but in spice of it, it is very cozy. There isn’t much furniture in it, but there are a lot of shelves full of books. It has a writing table, an armchair and a bookcase too. A small round table with cassette-recorder is standing in the right-hand corner of the study. Besides there is a small sofa near the wall opposite the bookcase. This room was my father’s study, but as I grew older, it has become my room. And in my opinion it is the best room in our flat. My friends used to come to my place to have a chat or to play chess in the evening, and they say my room is very comfortable. I share their opinion.

Здравствуйте, Таня. Мне очень понравилось ваше описание. Я бы, может, для слова «диван-кровать» выбрала другой вариант — sofa, убрала бы across в сочетании «задернуть шторы», так как сам глагол уже предполагает это действие, и указала бы, что комната наполняется теплым светом — a room fills with warm light. Не поняла про телевизор в спальне. Как вы хотели его описать? Несмотря на это — in spite of this/despite this.

My house very large and beautiful. It is not enough of furniture and a lot of place. I very much like the visitors, I ask to come and to be pleased.
Здравствуйте, Анастасия. Избегайте повторений одинаковых слов (huge), найдите синоним. Дом из нескольких этажей — house has several floors. Цветы — flowers. Предложение о бассейне и музыке вообще грамматически неправильное. Зачем повторение there will be? Music — неисчисляемое имя существительное, неопределенного артикля там быть не может. Перестройте предложение. И в целом я бы посоветовала вам не представлять весь ваш рассказ в изобилии форм Future Indefinite. Лучше начните рассказ с того ,что вы собираетесь представить ваш дом мечты, пару предложений постройте в будущем времени ,а потом плавно логически перейдите к настоящему. Так легче что-то описываться. Можете опираться на конструкцию — I would like (to have) — Я хотела бы иметь…Обстоятельство места, как в предложении о кухне, лучше поставить в конец предложения. Либо сократите его до on the first floor и оставьте в начале. Когда описываете что-то, не убирайте конструкцию there is/are, предложения будут грамматически неправильными. Ничего не поняла про картины. Далее сложно что-то комментировать, потому что в каждом предложении много ошибок, надо переписывать правильно каждое предложение.

Здравствуйте, Ксения. Второе предложение построено неправильно. В четвертом нет вспомогательного глагола. В пятом непонятно, о чем идет речь — «case»? В последующих предложениях грамматические ошибки и неверное построение предложений. Текст надо полностью переписывать.

Здравствуйте, Оксана. В первом предложении home замените на house. А в начале второго предложения, чтобы не повторяться, используйте it. Обратите внимание на орфографию — I have my own room/I’m sharing it. Далее- There are four windows in my bedrom so it’s very light. Не пропускайте сказуемое в предложениях, например — My room is cosy. Что вы хотели передать словом «green»? Начинайте каждое предложение с подлежащего и сказуемого в большинстве случаев. А обстоятельства ставьте в конце. В предпоследнем предложении: There is a bokcase, a wardrobe…В последнем — is будет лишним.

My Flat
We have a nice flat in a new block of flats. Our flat is on the fourth floor. It has all modern conveniences: central heating, gas, electricity, cold and hot water, a lift and a chute to carry rubbish down. There are three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a hall in our flat. The living-room is the largest and most comfortable room in the flat. In the middle of the room we have a square-table with six chairs round it. At the opposite wall there is a piano and stool before it. Between the two large windows there is a little table with a colour TV set on it. Near the TV set there are two cosy armchairs. A small round table, a divan-bed and a standard lamp are in the left-hand corner. This small table is for newspapers and magazines. My father is used to having a rest sitting on this divan-bed reading books, newspapers, magazines or watching TV.
The bedroom is smaller than the living-room and not so light as there is only one window in it. In this room there are two beds with a bedside-table between them. An alarm-clock and a small lamp with a pink lamp-shade are on the table. In the left-hand corner there is a dressing-table with a big mirror.. In this room we have a built-in wardrobe with coat-hangers to-hang clothes on. There is a thick carpet on the floor and plain light-brown curtains on the window.
The third room is my study. It is not large but very cosy. There isn’t much furniture in it, only the most necessary. It has a writing-table and an armchair before it. In the right-hand corner there is a bookcase full of books, magazines and newspapers. A small table with a radio is standing in the left-hand corner. Near it there is a sofa with some cushions. In my opinion, the study is the best room in our flat.
But the warmest place in our flat is the kitchen, I think — the place where the whole family gathers every evening not only to have supper together, but also to speak and rest. I like the English proverb: «My home is my castle» because my flat is, indeed, my castle.

We have kitchen, a combined bathroom and toilet. The living room is the largest and most comfortable room in the flat.
I really like our flat and there is even a good proverb about home: ” My home is my castle”

У него прекрасный вид из окна — it had a wonderful view…Спальни поставьте во множественное число, разделите предложение о том, что у вас за комнаты, и где выход на балкон.

Здравствуйте, Тамара. В первом предложении she замените на it, потому что все неодушевленное обозначается именно этим местоимением. Что за слова — stol, sleva? Открываете словарь и переводите. И переписываете все предложения, начиная со второго. Каждое предложение начинается с подлежащего и сказуемого, а потом идет все остальное, а не наоборот.
In a room it is cozy and comfortable. The room most part is occupied with a bookcase in which books of favourite authors are located. In the middle of a room there is a table. On a table there is a vase with the flowers. On walls picturesque pictures hang. Children play with a dog. Under the TV the ball lies. Mum and the grandmother sit opposite to the TV.
